LifeTour.fun ("we", "us") operates AI software and SaaS subscription services (including but not limited to TodoAgent, NowBuild.ai, and related products). (2) Payment and billing: When you pay through our payment provider Stripe, Stripe may collect and process billing name, billing address, and payment method details (e.g. card details are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers). We may receive and store billing email, transaction records, and subscription status linked to your account for invoicing, subscription management, and contract performance. (3) Usage and product: Usage data generated when you use our products (e.g. tasks and SOP in TodoAgent, project and activity data in NowBuild.ai), IP address, browser type, visit time and pages, for service delivery, product improvement, troubleshooting, and statistical analysis within the scope permitted by law. (4) Contact and support: Name, email, and message content you provide via contact forms, email, or support channels, for responding to inquiries, handling complaints, and support requests. (5) Region and preferences: Country/region code or approximate location (e.g. IP-based) for language selection, regional pricing, and compliance. We do not collect sensitive personal data (e.g. race, political opinions, health) without your consent or where permitted by law.
3. How We Process, Store, and Protect Data
We process your personal data lawfully, fairly, and transparently. Data is stored on controlled servers and databases, which may be located in countries or regions outside yours; we implement appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses) where required by contract or law to ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws. Payment-related data is processed by Stripe, which complies with industry standards such as PCI DSS; we only receive and store limited payment-related information necessary to perform the contract (e.g. transaction IDs, subscription status) and do not store full payment card numbers.

We share data with third parties only in the following cases and for the stated purposes: (1) Payment processing: To complete subscription payments, refunds, and fraud prevention, we share information necessary for payment (e.g. billing details, transaction amount, account identifiers) with Stripe and its financial partners. Stripe acts independently as processor or controller of payment data under its privacy policy: https://stripe.com/privacy. (2) Cloud and infrastructure: We may use cloud providers to host our applications and databases; providers process data only on our instructions and under data processing agreements. (3) Legal and compliance: We may disclose data to courts, regulators, or compliance advisors when required by law or necessary to protect our and users' rights. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your personal data for marketing or share it with unrelated third parties for purposes other than those described in this policy without your consent.
