Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to LifeTour.fun and its AI software and SaaS services offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis (including but not limited to TodoAgent, NowBuild.ai, and related digital products). We provide digital services only and do not sell physical goods; therefore, this policy does not cover physical returns or shipping/delivery.
2. Refund Conditions and Time Limits
(1) First-time subscription: Within 14 days of your first payment for a given product’s subscription, you may request a full refund if you are not satisfied. We will verify and refund the amount to the original payment method. (2) Renewal periods: For renewed or non–first-time subscription periods, we generally do not refund amounts for the period already used. If you request a refund within 7 days of renewal and with minimal usage (as we reasonably determine), we may consider a partial or full refund for that period on a case-by-case basis. (3) Annual subscription: If you purchased an annual subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the first payment. Refund requests made after 14 days but within 30 days may be eligible for a partial refund based on unused months (subject to our written confirmation). Refunds are generally not granted after 30 days. All time limits are calculated from 0:00 on the date your payment was completed.
3. Refund and Cancellation Process
(1) Requesting a refund: Send an email to zzhongzzhen@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund request” and the product name (e.g. TodoAgent or NowBuild.ai). In the body, please provide: the email address used to register for the service, the approximate purchase date of the subscription, and the reason for the refund (optional). We will respond within 5 business days and advise next steps (e.g. any additional information or confirmation of the refund amount). (2) Cancelling subscription (no refund): If you only want to stop automatic renewal and not be charged for the next period, you may: cancel auto-renewal in the product under “Account” or “Subscription” settings, or send an email to zzhongzzhen@gmail.com stating “Cancel renewal” and your registration email. After cancellation, you may continue to use the service until the end of the current paid period; no further charges will be made and no refund will be given for the unused portion of that period. (3) Processing refunds: Once we approve a refund, we will process it through the original payment channel (e.g. card or account linked to Stripe) within a reasonable time; actual crediting time depends on the card issuer or payment provider.
4. Exceptions (Non-refundable or Limited Refund)
We may refuse or limit refunds in the following cases: (1) The request is outside the time limits set in Section 2 of this policy. (2) Repeated refund requests for the same account or product in a short period, suggesting abuse of this policy. (3) Account termination due to breach of our Terms of Use, abuse of the service, fraud, or violation—fees already paid will not be refunded. (4) Promotions, special offers, or custom services (if any) that are explicitly stated as non-refundable on the relevant page or in the applicable agreement. If we have overcharged due to technical error, duplicate charge, or our fault, we will refund or credit the excess after verification, regardless of the above time limits.
